More than what you expect of a Visual Designer.

I’m titled as Sr. Visual Designer at Barbarian. However, I am more a Swiss Army Knife that equips with different competences.

I have swung along the digital design spectrum for more than eight years. I enjoy broadening my capabilities as I encountered different projects and different challenges. I have worked on campaigns, UX, Visual Design, Animation and Prototyping. And I still passionate about learning new things.

I am a hybrid of Engineer & Designer. (Yes, academic proven.) I approach problems with different angles; I tackle the challenges with the can-do attitude. And so I create solutions that balance function and form.

Multi-Disciplinary makes me a better team player.

Not only do I bring the idea to the table, but execute it through collaboration. My hybrid background empowers me to work solely as a one-man-band. What’s more, It widens my cognitive flexibility to collaborate with others as a team.

I have great empathy towards others. I communicate and make the effort to minimize the friction between departemnts. Running projects water-fall might have the work done, but it would never make the BEST out of the TEAM. True collaboration happens when each sector goes shoulder to shoulder, side-by-side.
